The new Brookfield Conference Center boasts two ballrooms, a state-of-the-art boardroom, glass atrium and beautiful outdoor plaza with conversation areas. In-house catering by Executive Chef Steve DeGroot and his team will impress your breakfast, lunch or dinner guests. Standard AV, WiFi and table linens are included, customized floor plans, staging areas and parking are complimentary. The Brookfield Conference Center offers direct access to the attached Hilton Garden Inn and to the adjacent Sheraton Hotel.

The Connect Ballroom

18,000 square feet of clear span space and the ability to divide into eleven different configurations make the Connect Ballroom southeastern Wisconsin’s premier event space. Image projection, a state-of-the-art sound system, six 227” screens, and four 300” screens are included with your rental and will make any presentation come to life. When fully utilized, this ballroom can accommodate up to 1,200 guests for a sit-down meal or 1,800 for a theater-style presentation. In-house food and beverage service turn any gathering into a special event. Our sales specialists will customize a seating layout and catering plan that meets your needs fits your budget and exceeds your expectations.

The Collaborate Ballroom

A more modest 6,000 square feet of clear span space, the Collaborate Ballroom accommodates up to 450 people for a sit-down meal or 600 for a theater-style presentation. Custom channel glass windows enhance the natural light that floods this space. Complimentary staging, standard AV, projectors, 4large-scale video screens, and table linens are included with your rental. On-site food and beverage service are available. The Boardroom

Perfect for visioning sessions or strategic planning, the Boardroom was planned with a productive meeting in mind. Situated in the southeastern corner of the building, natural light is the prominent amenity in this space. Conference-style seating with tables and ergonomic chairs, built-in work station, whiteboards, and more make this room the model of efficiency for off-site meetings.

The Celebration Plaza

Over 9,000 square feet of unobstructed outdoor space makes this the perfect choice for your fair-weather gathering. A beautiful combination of curated trees, shrubs and flowers, artfully designed conversation areas, and bright Edison lights make the plaza one of the many unexpected gems at the Brookfield Conference Center. You and your guests will delight in a daytime or evening event held in this special space.

The Celebration Atrium

The Celebration Atrium greets guests with upscale furnishings and a sophisticated color palette. Look up and see “Migration”- an original art installation designed by Kahler Slater symbolizing the Great Blue Heron that finds sanctuary in a Brookfield preserve. North-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the architectural beauty of the space and provide an elegant backdrop for any event. Suitable for pre or post-function gatherings, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and small ceremonies.

The Brookfield Conference Center is dedicated to ensuring every event exceeds the expectations of the planners, hosts, and guests. Our Executive Chef and his team are geniuses in the kitchen! Working closely on budgets and menu guides the Brookfield Conference Center will amaze your attendees with the sights, sounds, food, and beverages they are looking for.
